I recently had a piece of equipment go down and was not able to obtain replacement parts or a replacement machine for several weeks. Down equipment is a major source of dissatisfaction in a gym. I called Tim at Fitness Superstore and he not only found a better-than-what-I-had replacement, he was able to prep it and deliver it to our gym in only 4 days!!! He has a great staff and the delivery team was friendly and professional. This is not the first time Tim had a quick solution for me, and I'm sure it won't be the last. I recommend Fitness Superstore without hesitation.

My first experience was a awesome one .Very nice folk kind and knowledgeabley . Trustworthy not like a salesman. Seem like family folk. i will use again with confidence. I trust them when saw the way they how they made this machine look spanking new in detail. The people i had the pleasure of dealing with were truly friendly as a close relative. These guys give you more than your moneys worth . They overcome any issue that comes up . The machines are well wrapped strapped and bubble wrapped and crated. No dents or ding .If your planning on opening a gym definitely use these if you want top notch equipment. Give them a shot i promise you wont regret it. Especially when you see your machine.

Amazing customer service, starting with the valiant & ultimately successful attempt to get my remanufacted StarTrac stairclimber into a tight space. A few weeks later, my email to the company about a disabled fan button and odd noise brought an immediate response, including arrangements for quick parts delivery and assignment of repair to a local company. Streamlined and expeditious repair. Best post-purchase experience ever!
