Fitness First USAReviews of fitnessfirstusa.com

I legitimately told my buddies that either I got scammed, or their deals are the best I've found, way cheaper than where I usually buy my supps. Also, they are delivering overseas to my military base for free.

Love this site they have so many deals going on that bundle up all the time I've been able to purchase products I couldn't normally afford!

I placed an order (688836) on July 26 and received a shipping confirmation on July 27. Yet, the shipping confirmation email showed that 3 items from my original order did not ship. I sent an e-mails to their customer service asking about an update/explanation on July 28, 30, and 31 and never received an answer. I also tried their phone number and the same, was never able to speak with anyone. This company talks big about their support for the military and their supposed great customer service but yet I am an active duty Air Force deployed (my order address is an APO AE) and received ZERO support with my order and inquiries about it. I am truly disappointed at this company and cannot think of a worse buying experience for a first time customer like I am with them.

First couple orders came through 3rd order never came I have to call the bank to get my money back

Great service - very fast

I am disappointed with my experience, but they can recover. This was my first time using this website. I tried to purchase two bottles of MTS peak physicor, I was excited to see their standard pricing + there was two additional discounts for July 4th & another discount which brought the total to only $38.58. This was going to become my usual online site for purchases, however the next day I received an email that product was out of stock and was given a refund. I asked for a contact back when product is back in stock, no word back after a few days. If they notify me when its back in stock and sell me the items at same price as my previous order they will recover me as a customer and will change my experience back to a 5 star review. I understand these things happen, but the goal should be to recover the customers experience. I hope to hear back from them.

A little slow shipping, but I placed my order over the July 4th weekend, so that's on me. Prices are incredible. I've used them off and on for years, and their customer service is top notch. I recommend Fitness First USA to all my friends.

I have used this site numerous times & for different products. Superior shipping time and the products I have gotten are top notch!
