exceded their promises

So helpful and especially patient as we were travelling on a cruise 🚢 when we purchased. Sent us information and provided great information on the product we purchased. Many thanks

Israel has been assisting me in equipping my small clinic with products that saves space and money. Once we decide on a product after discussing the value it will add to the clinic, the delivery is prompt. Anytime there is a problem with the product, he is there to trouble shoot and address the issue within days. Highly recommend their services.

So far it's been great, I withhold my final review until after we receive the equipment and get it set up. The staff has been excellent to work with. I especially like that they thoroughly explained all the details and provided options on how to proceed. Thank you for your attention to detail.

thorough explanations of pros and cons of brands of elliptical brands really helped me decide.

Very helpful with assessment of various options for the type of equipment we were looking for. I think Israel is their primary agent, but regardless we were very happy with his input and recommendations. We’ve ordered, but not yet received, our recumbent stepper, but so far are very happy with our interaction with Israel and his company.

Israel really helped my dad get a therapy bike that has been critical in his rehab process. He recommended one that was better for what he needed than what we thought. He also advised us on ways to sell back to them, sell on the P2P market, after my Dad is done using it. Lastly they went above and beyond to get it delivered quickly which was critical for my Dad's continued recovery!

Israel was very helpful in finding a recumbent bike similar to the one I had originally inquired about but was not available. The bike arrived two days ago, and yesterday David provided much needed help with the assembly process. We are very pleased with the bike.
