All good except the assembly people didn’t have any experience and I am hoping that they assembled it right. Also they didn’t take the boxes and skid with them

Anil, thank you for your 5-star review — we truly appreciate your support. While this was our technician’s first time assembling this specific model, he is highly experienced with fitness equipment and also holds a 5/5-star rating on Thumbtack. With thousands of machines on the market, it’s very common for installers to work with a model for the first time. We reviewed the photos of the completed assembly and everything looked great. If any issues arise, please know we’re always here to help. For reference, our technicians do not remove pallets or packing materials in case a return is needed within the 30-day trial period. Thank you again for your feedback and for your business — we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Israel was very helpful and easy to deal with. He understood my needs and concerns and made sure that my purchase would be the best fit for us. I'm very satisfied with my overall online purchase and would suggest Fitness Equipment Broker to my family and friends for their fitness needs.

Very pleased with our purchase. The equipment works well. It was packaged well and easy to assemble. There was a slight delay due to stock, but not long and the company did a great job of communicating the status. Once in stock, the shipping was easy to track.

Great support from the company with questions about the set up. Fernando came and patiently demonstrated setup. He was also a great teacher on how to maneuver through programs. I’m ready now to get some exercise. Thank you Fernando.
