Maderitz
I would have preferred a pre-owned certified model, but other than that, I feel the service, quality, and knowledge was excellent!

Hi Maderitz, great working with you, thanks for the review!
Jack
Overall a good experience with the salesman, Isreal. They could communicate the delivery status more often. He followed up with me after the install to see if I was pleased. The install was somewhat disappointing...it is a 2 person job and only one person showed up. If I wasn't able to help and provide tools it would not have been completed. Literally just finished the install so I can't comment on the wt machine itself.

Hello Jack, we sent over the tracking along with your assemblers information as soon as we recieved it from the manufacturer. We have had these installed with one person but I do agree that there should be 2 people when it needs to be moved. You should not have had to help or provide any tools. We will reach out to your assigned assembler to address the issue. I wish you had reached out to us while your assembler was on site. Please let us know if you should need any additional assistance.
Mrs D.
Discussion on purchase went well. Delivered today. wish someone would have said how difficult it would be for my 83 year old to move and put together. Yhat is why 1 star is missing!
