Very positive conversation, no pressure and plenty of information

I talked with Israel about getting a home stepper unit. I have had 2 total knee replacements and loved using the stepper at physical therapy. He was very helpful in recommending which stepper to purchase. The purchase was easy and I got my machine within four weeks of the order. My son-in-law and his wife put it together for me. The only thing they said was that the directions were a little vague at times but they did finally figure them out. I have already recommended Fitness Equipment Broker to others. Thanks for a good experience! Connie Hall

So far okay. have not received our order yet.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had the pleasure of working with.

Mr. Israel Colon was very helpful in explaining about the machine I was interested in. I have not yet received the Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper I ordered. I am looking forward in getting it!

I conducted exhausted research to find that the SciFit Stepper, NuStep T4R, and the Spirit CRS800 were the best recumbent steppers on the market. At rehab I already experienced the SciFit but it is also the most expensive at around $5,800. The main drawback with the NuStep is their shorter linear step range of only 8 inches. At Fitness Equipment Broker I found the Spirit CRS800 with a 12 inch step range, adjustable seat back, and all the other common features at the best price around. I am totally satisfied in every way. FEB was trustworthy and delivered my stepper in much shorter time than they quoted me. Since I put it together and use it daily, I have found the Spirit CRS800 to be of excellent quality. I was a little nervous about ordering such an expensive piece of equipment online but I also vetted FEB including looking at their Better Business Bureau ratings. Thank you FEB for providing such a great value. You have earned my total confidence.

Absolutely thrilled with the CRS800S. It took six weeks to get it but Israel did tell me to expect six to eight weeks due to demand. Israel was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. The end result was exactly as promised.

Received the recumbent linear stepper weeks before the promised time. Very appreciative of that. Will assemble it this weekend with the help of my son as both the wife and I are handicapped and 85 years old. The swivel seat and low entry level are the reasons we bought this device, Spirit.
