Israel helped me see what I needed, gave me a great price on a great product (the Spirit recumbent stepper), and delivered as promised. I will definitely recommend FEB!

Isreal has provided the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! I purchased a new recumbent stepper in November of 2020. The stepper began to exhibit some problems and I contacted the manufacturer to arrange for warranty repairs. I was having some issues with the manufacturer and then contacted Isreal. He immediately intervened and got a new stepper shipped out to me. He even offered to have the new one assembled for me at his expense. You can’t go wrong purchasing from Fitness Equipment Broker! Isreal goes above and beyond to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase.

Israel was my sales guy and he was amazing. I got everything I wanted and more. I definitely recommend working with him anytime.

Your company is so easy to work with I spoke with Israel. My Spirit Medical CRS800S Recumbent Stepper was struck by lighting and I called and asked to reorder a new one and he helped me right away. He told me they would get it shipped out right away and they did. I am so pleased with this company they are the best.
