2/12/22 - We've had the Spirit exerciser for about a month now and love it! It's everything that I was told it was. I recommend this product highly. Israel, the gentleman who sold it to me, is very knowledgeable of the products he sells. A very satisfied customer! :) 1/10/22 - I may be a little early to rate this company, but the Spirit Recumbent exerciser I purchased from this company is being delivered on Wednesday. Unless there's a problem with/after the delivery, I have to rate Israel, the gentleman that worked with me during the purchase, 5 stars! He knows his product and is most helpful and promptly answered my emails after the purchase. I would definitely purchase from him again in the future.

Everything worked out very well dealing with Israel I only regret that the machine is up north and I cannot use it now but everything that he stated was true and effective I’m glad that we have had an association

UPDATE************ I am updating my review to reflect the wonderful followup service I have received from Isreal after he saw my review. He immediately phoned and hired a different company who arrived and setup my equipment for me. Also, Justin from True Blue...the company he used, was very professional, friendly and had my SPIRIT up and running in no time! Fitness Equipment Broker and Isreal will go above and beyond to help you with all your exercise and/or physical therapy needs... I am so glad I chose them!!! *************************************************************** Everything started great...Isreal was fantastic, he helped me with my order and explained the equipment to me to help me make up my mind between a nustep or spirit (I chose the Spirit!). I was so excited when the equipment even arrived earlier than expected...however, that is where things have taken a turn for the worst, it's STILL sitting in the crate and it's been A WEEK!!! I paid for the "white glove" service, so it would be set up in my home... they don't return phone calls, they have been a no call/no show the one day they were suppose to be here, so I changed my schedule around just to sit all day and wait for nothing AND to have NO ONE contact me. When I try calling...no one calls back and even today as I write this I have been told the manager was calling a technician and they would get back to me (that was over an HOUR 1/2 AGO!!!) YOUR ASSEMBLERS ARE INCOMPETENT and DO NOT have a clue what customer service is... 🙄

They were so supportive and wanting to help me get the right equipment, but because of some resent helth issues I needed to decline my request at this time. Recommend their kind and understanding support, its not all about the money but the need of people. Israel a well presented man who cares about his company and his clients. Thank you.

I am a 64 year old gal from a small Midwestern community. While I am all too proficient with making smaller online purchases, in my world, I usually still walk into a brick and mortar building to make large purchases. Chances are I have known the salesperson, or their parents, for a few decades. So, the idea of purchasing something as large as the Spirit recumbent stepper online, sight unseen, was a little daunting. However, Israel made the purchase as comfortable and simple as possible! Since I’m a retired educator, I think in grades. So here is how I graded Israel and his team at Fitness Equipment Broker. Customer Care-A+. Israel took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a bike. He shared his knowledge and expertise even when there was a chance I wouldn’t be making a purchase. Cost-A+-The price he quoted was the price I paid. When he said no shipping fee or tax, that was absolutely the case. The price was far better than other retailers or local vendors. The process-A+-Everything worked exactly as Israel described. The bike arrived in less than 3 weeks and was delivered to our home address. Payment went through exactly has he said it would. The product-A+-This was a great choice for me! Assembly was not difficult. The product is high quality and will last me for a number of years. Thanks to Israel and his team!

We have not received the equipment yet but Israel was very helpful when we made the purchase. If the product is as good as the service, we will be very happy.

Israel was wonderful. He helped me select the fitness equipment that was best for me. He also was able to get me the best price possible and he answered all of my questions politely and graciously. When I need additional equipment, I'll go straight to FEB!
