I got this for rehab from a total hip replacement and so happy I did. It is a arm and lower body workout with no stress or strain. It is comfortable to use and does what it supposed to do.. The pass-thru is great and everything is of high quality. It was put together in about 2 hours. It has wheels so you can move it around. It makes a great addition to my home gym and well worth the money.

I called FEB on April 15th and talked with Isreal and told him about my my need of a recumbent stepper machine because I was graduating from pulmonary rehab in about three weeks and needed it soon. He helped me to decide which stepper would be best to meet my needs. He was very professional with no high pressure. My stepper arrived April 28th.

This review is a little late in coming because of my husbands medical condition….I would like to refer anyone that is thinking of using this company to do so…I HIGHLY recommend Israel and the time he took with me…My husband is in a delicate situation, having had several strokes…He needed this equipment immediately, as he could not walk..Israel went ABOVE AND BEYOND getting this equipment to us…I cannot say enough good things about his compassion and sense of urgency getting me this equipment…Without it my husband would not be walking on a walker right now.. I urge you to trust this company..THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO….Again, let me reiterate my gratitude to Israel and his tremendous compassion for the situation I am dealing with…

Enjoyed the experience with Israel. Knowledgeable, friendly and offered an alternative to what I originally was interested in. We ordered the Spirit CRS800S and it arrived in 8 days! It is now put together and in use. I would recommend this company to others.

So far, so good. Just unpacked everything yesterday. Will have to see how the assembly goes. A lot more parts to be field assembled than I had anticipated to be perfectly honest. Delivery driver did a good job, and delivered the very heavy box right up to our front porch to make sure it was out of the weather for my wife.

It's unpacked and in place. It arrived at our door the same day we were notified that it had been shipped, and earlier than we were told to expect it. Set up was easy. We are enjoying the equipment and use it daily. Thanks for the good service and advice.
