Israel was Very helpful. product knowledge was great. When I had a question after the purchase ...he was on top of it and called back after hours. I had many questions about his company..he answered them all. Best price and excellent product

Best service I ever got. Thank you, Israel.

FEB followed through on every promise made at the time of the sale. Equipment delivery went smoothly despite the awkward and extremely heavy package. Assembly, although time consuming was simple and straightforward. The machine is awesome! The motion arms must be carefully placed in order to swivel the chair for exiting or the armrests will contact them. This is for the SPirit CRS800S

Purchased our Spirit Recumenbent Steeper from Fitness Equipment Broker. Israel was great to work with and everything he stated to us took place. We would recommend FEB for any Rehab or Exercise Equipment purchase. Rich

So far so good! I don't have the equipment yet but the ordering and support process with Israel was fantastic.

Representative was very helpful in explaining equipment differences and recommendations were what was needed in purchasing the right equipment!

It was a pleasure dealing with Israel Colon. He was very helpful with good suggestions for the right purchase for my husband's rehab. Delivery was prompt, but the fright company didn't do their research prior to delivery, causing a lot of stress! If our son had not been available with his pickup truck and our tractor to get the equipment off of the semi-truck, and down our driveway, we would have had to reject delivery, and the fright company would have had to return with a box truck with lift gate in order to make delivery!

Israel was extremely helpful. I am very grateful that I called your company. I know this equipment will help me a great deal. Israel also save me about $2,000.00. I appreciate that immensely!
