This is the first time I have purchased equipment from Future Equipment Broker. My wife was in a nursing home for six (6) months and needed a more regimented exercise program. After consulting Isreal at FEI twice I decided to purchase a NuStep. the NuStep was shipped from the manufacturer and arrive and was set up by the manufacturer's representative to our complete satisfaction. We couldn't have been happier and recommend Future Equipment Broker for your future purchases of exercise equipment. I would give them a 5-Star rating for consulting, follow through on the order and being a company that cares about their clients.

Israel was very knowledgeable about the product and helpful with the few small issues we had. Every this was handled in a timely manner and great communication with me! We love the product it will be a great machine for Derek to keep moving through Our MS journey! Thank you so much.
