Fitness Equipment BrokerReviews of fitnessequipmentbroker.com

y 11/22/2022, my Son-in-law and I purchased a Spirit800s from a Mr. Israel Colon. Mr. Colon was very professional in answering all my questions., I am a disabled and partially paralyzed Chief of Police from Stone Harbor , n.j. And n.j. State certified police recruit training coordinator from Cape May County, n.j. I was interested in a nustep rehab machine, However upon receiving the Spirit, it was all that and much better then the Nustep I have tried at the Smithville four seas adult community. I am 75 years old and had a stroke in 2002 while teaching at the Cape May County police academy, I love the machine and fitness programs it comes with

The sales person Israel was very helpful and assisted us in getting our equipment shipped to our home. The shipper office end was totally not helpful. They kept saying we will call you back or to stay home all day on certain days, but nothing happened, no phone call and no shipment. However Israel delivered what he promised. He gets our personal 5 stars out of 5.

The seller (“Fitness Equipment Broker”) was efficient and accommodating. The factory delivery service (ArcBest) was easy to converse with and had the latest, most accurate delivery times to the local carrier. The local carrier had to change delivery date a couple of times. The assembly was a nightmare of insufficient, confusing instructions and bursted open fastener packaging. We were very fortunate to have Jason of “Helping Hands” as our installer. He came as quickly as he could. (7:00 pm) and spent two hours trying match the hundred or so fasteners to the instructions. The assembly was originally meant to be divided into 4 separate sections and the fasteners were meant to be divided as well; however, the container of supposedly separate fasteners had been cut with a sharp blade at the factory allowing all of the nuts, washers and bolts to be spilled into the main, stepper container. Thanks to two difficult hours spent by Jason, it was assembled. Spirit needs a better shipping department. But the machine is wonderful; it’s everything we’d hoped for and definitely worth the price.

Machine was delivered fast and packed well Only complaint is no instructions were included but after I called they were emailed right away. A manual would be good for future Thank you

Great support all up and running thank you

I love my new Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper! It does not hurt my two artificial knees like the spinning bike and regular bike did and it doesn't hurt my back like regular elliipticals do. It is easy to use and program and it uploads results of workouts to the app so that I can get credit for them from my life insurance company. However, there was more assembly to do than I was led to believe there was. Thank God my husband is mechaniclly inclined.

Overall the experience was good, and was treated well. Israel is very professional and does not pressure sell. I love the equipment, and they delivered it super fast. There are two things they could improve: 1) They should not have photos of used exercise equipment on their website that is not available when you call to ask about it, "But this way more expensive new model we sell IS available!" 2) The extended "White Glove" installation and setup service is not White Glove. The Installer left all of the cardboard boxes, styrofoam pieces, packaging debris, and a large wooden shipping pallet for my little wife to remove from our garage. I am physically handicapped. She was left to clean up the mess. Ouch!

Sales support was very good but they did not have our machine in stock and had to initiate an order to the factory resulting in a one month delay. If I had known this, I might have purchased from another vendor.
