UPDATE! Thank goodness for Fitness Equipment Broker. After reading about my stepper not working, they called me, made suggestions of things for me to try, and got my machine working. It was great b/c I didn't have to wait for a repairman and got to start using the machine! GREAT customer service from Fitness Equipment Broker. OLD review: Working with Fitness Equipment Broker to purchase the equipment was great. Unfortunately, the guy sent to assemble the equipment was less than helpful and never tested the equipment once he put it together. The first time I got on it, the main console didn't work! I had to call Spirit Fitness to send someone to fix it. Very disappointing to have to wait another week or so before I can start exercising.

The best description for Fitness Equipment Broker is Extraordinary Customer Service. I clicked on their online ad and was put in contact with Israel. I was looking for a cross trainer for a family member who was recovering from a stroke. Israel listened to my needs, recommended a higher quality, less expensive cross trainer than the one i had been researching, and provided me with videos and other materials so I could learn about the equipment. Israel followed up and answered all my questions. He also went out of his way to accommodate my ordering and shipping requirements. It is definitely refreshing when a company puts the customer first. I am a lifelong fan of Fitness Equipment Broker and will be using them for all my exercise equipment needs. I highly recommend them.

Israel Colon is a hands- on owner. A little problem with scheduling...I called and he responded within a day. Within 1 week I had my Spirit linear stepper delivered on 10/19/2022. Assembly took a bit of time, even for 2 very mechanically adept family men. It is working out perfectly. Thank you Israel for great service!
