Israel was great to work with

good service

We have had excellent service from this company. Everything was done on a timely manner. Very courteous people. I purchased a floor model but they sent me a brand me stepper with no extra cost. Thank you Israel. Pleasure doing business with you I would recommend them to everyone

Although the item we called about was not in stock, Isiah was knowledgeable and helped us select another product that will meet our needs. He provided exceptional customer service by allowing us to consider our options, discuss it, and let me know what we decided. No pressure sale, only a pleasant experience!

Clear communication, listened to needs, provided good prices and delivery.

courteous and professional, true to your word

Very helpful in directing me toward right piece of equipment to buy in my price range. Fulfillment was excellent.

Spoke with Israel about purchasing a NuStep unit. After talking at length about my needs, issues etc. I ultimately purchased a Spirit machine for a better price that has more options. I had reviewed them both but the professional opinion helped with the decision. His knowledge of his equipment was fantastic. No pushing to go with either unit just information. Delivery was great, driver came when i was told and brought into garage for me. Havent gotten it together yet as life has been a bit hectic but Im sure I will love it. Big thank you Israel!
