This is a redo of my review .. I received the CRS800S machine only to find more than half the parts, bolts, nuts, washers had been poorly packed and with a hole in the box were missing .. I was very upset, but with the help of Spirit this was resolved so much quicker than I expected. So since I had given a review where I gave a 1 out of 5, I wanted to redo that review (hopefully I can delete that review) .. I will stick with my thoughts that this is far too involved an assembly for an amature to put together, but that aside the machine appears to be well built in its structure, and the parts missing is no one persons fault .. That being said I felt the need to redo this review because this problem I am sure is not indicative of the company, just a bad situation. Hope this clarifys my previous review .. I will say pushing a bit harder for new clients to get a professional to assemble this could save frustration for more people than just myself .. because there are a lot of bolts, screws, and washers that while numbered in the book are not numbered themself, and unless you are trained you will need to do alot of measureing of these parts to get the right ones in the right place.

Not a high pressure salesman. I could trust Israel's decisions. It seems he really knows what he is talking about. Now just waiting for my machine. I know I will get any help needed regarding the stepper when it comes.

Delivery was great!!

We got our recumbent machine and installed. Putting it togeather was a bit of a challenge. We are surprised at how quiet it is, I have a feeling we're going to love it. Thank you Isreal for all your good help.

We called to inquire about one particular equipment. The salesperson could not ge us the exact one reconditioned, but suggested another one, which we bought, but decided that wasnot really what we wanted, so we cancelled or order the next day. Our money was refunded within the next couple days

Israel is extremely knowledgable, and dedicated to helping us understand why he was suggesting the Spirit Recumbent Stepper for our needs. When my husband called him to complain about the lack of communication from the install people on a Friday night, Israel said he’d look into it & call him back on Monday. He didn’t follow through. Getting the assembly/install completed was not smooth. Communication was, at best, poor. The regular guy passed our assembly off to another who arrived as scheduled on a Monday evening. He added that he was there because the other guy said we were getting upset so he was able to do it quicker. Our expectations regarding assembly were created by FEB although we were told by the guy who came that for three years they have been unable to meet the tight timeframe customers are given. As we’ve experienced from other installation or delivery personnel, they arrive to ignorantly ask the question “are we supposed to take the trash with us?” We were so fed up we told him we would handle it. We had to buy extra trash stickers to discard all of the styrofoam and we recycled the cardboard. He seemed to expect a tip but having paid for the assembly, dealt with the frustration & now the trash, a tip wasn’t happening. Thankfully, the recumbent stepper is outstanding!

Assembly instructions are horrible. Equipment is not fully assembled yet. I may need some expert advice. Also parts are not easily identified. I may be missing a “seat bottom”. I’m not done but for the cost there should be a more detailed and clearly understood assembly guide. ALL THIS IS CRITICAL OF MANUFACTURING. Fitness equipment broker is assisting me to rectify my issue with manufacturing.

Everything was as Israel had promised. Great machine delivered right inside my garage! Great service! Great people! Only reason didn’t give 5 stars was had to ream the holes for the seat cushion. Otherwise not that difficult to assemble. Love the machine!
