Great customer service and helpful in answering all of my questions

Israel, the sale person.

Was knowledgable about their products and recommended the right machine for our needs at a fair price. Delivery was prompt and the order was complete.

Isreal did a great job. It was not a high power sales pitch. He asked questions and came up with the best option. One that I had not looked at.

Great company , fair pricing good service

Professional customer service with helpful options provided that gave us an exceptional experience when purchasing. Stayed in touch during entire process all the way to delivery to door. Offered different possible equipment options to aid with financial goals.

Spoke with the owner to make my order. Very helpful with suggestions and listened to and answered my questions.

Israel understood our reasons for the type of exercise equipment we were reviewing. FEB kept us updated with the status of delivery. Delivery was on time and arrived in good shape. Our only disappointment is some of the fasteners were replaced with different style than stated in the manual.
