After three kids, FitMate was exactly what I needed to start the journey to a healthy me. They provided guidance when I didn't know where or how to start, tons of advice and gave me the accountability I needed to keep on track with my goals. I'm so grateful that I found FitMate and had their help in redefining what nutrition and exercise mean to me. Having someone on the side lines cheering me on helped a lot too!

This has been life changing for me! I have never been able to be disciplined to eat healthy or exercise and it has caught up with me. I am a private person and have never felt comfortable going to a gym, so working with my coach has been just what I needed. I'm loving the program and the app looks great! The coaches support you all the time with exercise and nutrition advice. I find it very reassuring to be able to ask an expert questions on what to eat and what to do to lose weight, it really helps me staying motivated.

I'm almost two months in now and I love this program. I usually find it very hard to stay motivated but the advice and reassurance given by my coach at every step has really helped me. It's so useful to always have somebody on hand who is so enthusiastic and happy answer my fitness related questions. it was the missing piece of the puzzle.

It says on Fitmate's website you're 3x more likely to lose weight with a coach than with an all-tech app, and this has absolutely been the case for me. My coaches have helped me eat better, sleep and deal with stress better. I feel stronger and have more vitality, and I'm finally down to the size I feel best at! This is sooo much better than any other nutrition/fitness app I've tried, and I could not be more grateful!

I was denied to participate in this program for reason's unknown to me. I barely gave them any information. Just basic stuff. I was very disappointed! They could have at least given me a reason!

FitMate has exceeded my expectations on how to lose weight. I needed accountability more than anything and my coach has been great. He has helped me design a fitness and eating plan that works based on calories in/calories out. No gimmicks just resources and an attitude that I can do this has been so refreshing. My coach has guided me through the process and cheered me on. I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking for accountability, a personal touch and coach that guides you through.

I was cynical at first as i am with most things. Ive found that even though ive not lost huge amounts of weight its still going in the right direction. The pace is slower but ive learned to take my time and really understand about food and my body. Having a knowlegable and patient teacher has also been key.
