Back on track after 1 month
I needed something to help me get back on track with my wellness journey. This program motivated me to get back at it - paying attention to how I fuel my body, drinking enough water, and moving my body. After 1 month on this program, I feel so much better mentally and physically.

Loving Fitmate
At first, I was hesitant to do the program because I tried others, and I lost weight and regained it. But I needed to lose the weight so I said, heck why not give a try! I am glad I did because it is a life changer. It is not like the others at all. Fitmate focuses on a healthy lifestyle living. I am eating more protein and good carbs and exercising. I am losing the weight slowly and steadily, which is excellent. My coach keeps in touch with me all the time. I love the program and recommends to any one who wants to lose weight.

This program is great for accountability
This program is great for accountability and health goals. My coach has been very responsive and helpful. The interactions are positive, no shaming when you fall short. I gave this 4 stars because I wish the app would let you track your entire day of eating and activity.

I’ve been struggling with consistency…
I’ve been struggling with consistency and was hesitant to sign up cause there’s so many different options and they felt overwhelming. Fitmate is so supportive and my coach has been fantastic. It feels collaborative instead of just being given a plan and then having a check in every so often. Having my coach check in frequently has made a huge difference.
