Placed my order in early December. Initially I was a little concerned because I received confusing tracking information. I reached out to customer service by email and received a response within 24 hours. They quickly took care of sending me the correct tracking information and my order was shipped out within a few days. Received my package and it was exactly as described. I just started using my new recovery boots and I can already tell a difference in my joints and range of motion. Would definitely buy from them again.

Great items at a great price, but shipping was a mess to deal with.

Customer Service is nill. I have emailed for over a week for a refund and nothing! Nobody has answered any of my emails. Save your money! Go elsewhere.
