Leg compression boots are amazing
The leg compression boots are amazing! Ultimately I'm really glad we ordered them. We had tried out a friends and ordered the exact same pair (FT-082A) in the same size (large) and ours are much longer, so they must have resized. I would suggest measuring both length and circumference to be sure, if those are available on the site. I also didn't fully vet the return policy like I should have, that's on me (yes, it's at the bottom of their main page-- it is the longest return policy I've read though). I googled the return policy when I couldn't find to see if there was a return fee and it looked like I was all set. There was a sale so we added the hand massager to our order and that was a total waste. It does nothing. I'd expected a similar experience as the leg compression boots but it's useless, very little massage. In fact my husband said his hands hurt more after doing it. It's cordless and in my experience corded things like this just do better for power anyway. I missed the part in the policy where you can ONLY return unopened, unused items. So in the end I found their return policy very disappointing and we're stuck with this $80 hand massager we'll never use. It'd be nice if smaller companies could stand by their products a bit more and honor true customer satisfaction but alas, not all companies will do that.
