I ordered the FFP 32oz. Yeti style drinking bottle. It is very nice and keeps my beverage of choice cold! Arrived quickly and in excellent condition as it was packed with bubble wrap.

It works! The program works by consistently doing it. For me, I have tried a number of ways to get healthy but ultimately failed. The plan is clear, easy to implement which means it is doable. The meals are delicious, filling and most important - easy for me to put together with a busy schedule. Belonging to the community of Fit Fathers on Facebook has given me the support to keep going when it is hard or I miss a workout or eat poorly. I learn so much about how to make the program work through the wisdom and experience of the other guys.

I went through the fit father 30X program, and while the content is “fine”, it’s very overvalued by its creators. The mixed media approach is nice, but the content is less thorough than some books that I’ve read. I’d be a happy customer at $60, but at $147 I feel like a chump.

I see the FFP as a business with total integrity, also the leader DR. A. speaks I believe from the heart ( spirit ). And I believe he really cares about the members, and really want the members to have success. Ray Helton
