Scam !!! Thought I was downloading a recipe book. Automatically got an alert from my bank saying 1p had been taken . Read trust pilot reviews and saw other reviews. Phoned bank , couldn’t report as suspicious as 1p taken was sat in ‘pending ‘ but was advised by bank that a subscription had been set up without my knowledge. So had to report as a fraud . Fitexplosion had used my Apple Pay for subscriptions!! Now I have to wait for a new card ! Update - resolved by Fitexplosion which I am grateful for . But someone needs to look into why the same thing keeps happening to people who believe they are just downloading a totally unrelated item

I contacted the customer service and they were most helpful. They got back to me as stated within 24 hours. I problem was promptly dealt with

Unauthorised payment of £24.99 taken from my account. Automated response from customer service email hasn’t left me with any confidence that I will get a reply so reporting to my bank as fraudulent activity.

Geachte heer/mevrouw, Ik heb ontdekt dat Fitexplosion sinds september 2024 elke maand €49,99 van mijn creditcardrekening heeft afgeschreven. Dit gebeurde zonder mijn medeweten, en ik heb het per toeval ontdekt. Ik ben niet bekend met Fitexplosion en ik weet niet waarom deze betalingen plaatsvinden. Ik ben inmiddels een paar dagen bezig om dit op te lossen, maar ik weet niet naar wie ik moet mailen. De telefonische lijn wordt niet beantwoord, en men heeft mij geadviseerd om een e-mail te sturen naar ......, maar ik weet niet zeker of dat de juiste weg is. Het lijkt erop dat dit fraude betreft, gezien het feit dat het bedrijf zeer slecht bereikbaar is. Ik heb ook contact opgenomen met mijn bank, maar zij kunnen niets doen in deze situatie. Kortom, het lijkt erop dat dit een bedrijf is dat onterecht geld int, en ik wil graag dat deze betalingen gestopt worden en dat mijn geld wordt teruggevorderd. Ik hoop snel een oplossing te vinden en hoor graag van u hoe ik verder kan handelen.

Totally scammed in the UK as others agreed to a 1 p review and only found out later that £49 pounds was illegally taken from my account. I have written to them asking for a refund but not expecting one and have to doubt the review that said they did. Happy to change my review if they ever do!!!!! UPDATE changed my score up to 2 stars as I have just got my £49 back into my bank account. Tried the Support@Fitexplosion but that got not found reply so then Posted a complaint against the payment with my Bank and within 3 days I got a refund.... Confused as it was too quick ... So not sure what prompted the refund. So to all that lost money dont give up. Only 2 stars as they should not have taken it in the first place
