The way how they tricked you to subscribe their service is just scam! I was trying to get a voucher and had no idea where this Fit Explosion is coming from. Their customer service explained to me after I finally reached them that they have sent confirmation emails - at least I have never seen it in none of my mailboxes. The 2 stars go to their customer service that at least they have refund me the money in a quit efficient manner, thank you for that nevertheless

Totally scammed in the UK as others agreed to a 1 p review and only found out later that £49 pounds was illegally taken from my account. I have written to them asking for a refund but not expecting one and have to doubt the review that said they did. Happy to change my review if they ever do!!!!! UPDATE changed my score up to 2 stars as I have just got my £49 back into my bank account. Tried the Support@Fitexplosion but that got not found reply so then Posted a complaint against the payment with my Bank and within 3 days I got a refund.... Confused as it was too quick ... So not sure what prompted the refund. So to all that lost money dont give up. Only 2 stars as they should not have taken it in the first place

Abonnement zonder dat ik het wist. Eind juni heb ik bij het downloaden van een gebruikershandleiding waarschijnlijk een foutje gemaakt. De volgende dag werd er EUR 0,01 van mij rekening afgeschreven en kreeg ik op een mailadres dat ik nooit gebruik een bericht dat ik een proefabonnement had van een dag en dat dit daarna werd verlengd voor EUR 49 per maand. Er is drie keer EUR 49 van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Na wat mailwisseling heb ik uiteindelijk het volledige bedrag terug ontvangen.
