Real people providing a personalized, exceptional service
fitDEGREE seems too good to be true, but they’re the real deal. It’s an affordable service, has numerous valuable features, with outstanding customer service. Designed by fitness industry experts, user friendly on both ends. It just doesn’t get any better.

This is such a kind review — thank you. We’ve worked hard to build something that’s truly useful, affordable, and built for this industry from the inside out. Hearing that it feels “too good to be true” (but is true!) is exactly the kind of validation that keeps us going. Grateful to have you with us!

Nick and Ali from fitDGREE were…
Nick and Ali from fitDGREE were excellent to work with. Whenever I had questions about the app, they were super prompt on getting back to me with an answer. The recorded videos they would send were an added bonus. fitDEGREE has that extra element of personal touch that I appreciate. I recommend fitDEGREE to anyone looking for a booking platform for their studio.

Thanks for holding my hand...
I started my business during the Pandemic...and I was terrified of going online, etc. FitDegree held my hand, helped me bring my students on board (I have a large percentage of older adults who are not comfortable with technology) and they were GREAT. Quick to respond, open to my suggestions and patient! It's been a great experience.
Response from fitDEGREEJul 18, 2025
Thank you for sharing this — starting a business during the pandemic took serious courage, and we’re honored that fitDEGREE could be part of that journey. Helping you support a community that’s less comfortable with tech is exactly the kind of impact we aim for. Grateful for your trust, your feedback, and the chance to grow alongside you!

Great Studio Software
I’ve been with FitDEGREE since 2020 after having used another, bigger software company for about 7 years. FitDEGREE has great customer service and provides an excellent product!
Response from fitDEGREEJul 18, 2025
Thank you for sticking with us since 2020 — that kind of trust is something we don’t take lightly. Coming from someone who spent years with another platform, your feedback really means a lot. Grateful to be supporting your business and excited to keep growing with you!

Like the software
Like the software. Things are answered in a timely manner but I would like to see more heads up on bugs. I’d rather know what happening than my clients come in and tell me. If I have missed those correspondence, then I would like to know where I can get those messages more promptly. I also had a question that I post on the Facebook group, and it was not published by the admin for some reason so no one saw it..
Response from fitDEGREEJul 18, 2025
Thanks for this honest feedback — it’s always been helpful in shaping how we communicate. Over the past couple years, we’ve worked hard to improve how and when we notify teams about bugs or service updates, and we aim to keep those messages clear and direct. Also appreciate the note about the Facebook group — it’s more of a space for peer-to-peer collaboration, so for anything support-related, reaching out directly is still the best move. Grateful you’re still with us and for the chance to keep getting better together!

The right choice for a small business
The crew at FitDegree is always helpful and responsive. Occasionally there are issues with the software (as with any software- I've been with another) but I can always count on getting support in a timely fashion. As a small business owner, it's important to me that I know I can get help when I need it. I used another company for several years and it was more expensive, more cumbersome, and the team was not at all supportive. We've used FitDegree since we reopened during the pandemic and have been very pleased.
Response from fitDEGREEJul 18, 2025
Really appreciate you sharing this — especially the perspective as someone who’s seen both sides. We know things don’t always go perfectly with software, but we take a lot of pride in being there when it counts. It means a lot that you’ve trusted us since reopening during the pandemic, and we’re grateful to still be supporting your studio today.
