This is a sham. While they claim that you can download your certificate after completing the course. The certificate does you no good because it cannot be used at the DMV to get your license

I just contested the debit charge. Daughter needs license, I pay, she finished first test but is now locked out of website. Zero service response via phone, email or chat. There was never an order receipt emailed. Absolute scam.

The online drivers course did not work. We kept receiving an error when trying to sign the course enrollment agreement. Sent an email via the contact me section and never received a response after nearly a week so tried the live chat option. Spent 1.5 hours with the live chat (45 minutes for an initial response and the remainder troubleshooting). At the end the agent mentioned she had to consult with the “back office”, at that point the “back office” advised that there was nothing that can be done about the issue and that I should get a refund. Glad I didn’t have to fight for a refund. I’ll make sure it actually processes. Next time I will look for a reputable company to avoid such issues.

site did not work for me after purchasing. I talked to the live chat and they ignored my question of a refund many times. Then said I they would email me to resolve within 48hrs. It was been 2 weeks, no email. I lost my money and I was already broke so it was like my last $40 :(

This website looks legit but in reality they have no connection to the local government. After taking my $25 I was told that there was an error in the system and that it will take 7-10 business days to get my results approved by the DMV. After that I went to the local Division of motor vehicle and the said that I had not completed my Course and I must look for another company. I called customer service again and they assured me to wait 7 more days. I waited and still nothing. This is a SCAM SCAM. save you money and chage your credit car that you used as I did. BEWARE of firsttimedriver.

I didn't read the reviews before I purchased and that's on me. Hopefully you do & can avoid this place at all costs. As literally every other review has stated, the learner's permit test DOES NOT WORK. We purchased the learner's permit test, study guide and the drug & alcohol course. My son started the learner's permit test on his phone, finished question 5 and the test was blocked. I thought maybe he hit the back button on accident or clicked off of the screen on accident so I took the L and purchased just the learner's permit test again. This time we went to the computer, closed out all applications & opened a brand new browser with no tabs open. Signed up all over again (which by the way does require you to enter your child's SSN & your DL # AGAIN), clicked to start the test and it didn't work from the jump. Live support was not available at this time. The next day, my son chatted with live support & they gave him a code to take the test 100% free. We signed up a third time with this code. Surprise, surprise, the test still did not work. Live support said we had to send an email this time around which we did and as of today, almost a week later, still no response. I emailed about the other issues 2x to 2 different email addresses I found for them & received no response. This morning I requested a refund for the second course via PayPal & after a few hours, the refund was approved. So, I'm still out of money for the first test I paid for and now it looks like my son has failed this test 3x when in reality, he only got into the test one time amd made it to question 5 before he was locked out. He was able to take the drug & alcohol course fine but they want you to pay $9 to print the certificate- says it's optional and the test info is sent to the DHSMV, guess we'll see how true that is when we go this week to get his permit....

Terrible Website. Their system would not load and caused us to get two failed tests even thought it was never started. Worthless customer service. Kept saying that the back office was notified. The agent May who answered took 37 minutes to tell us that they couldn't do anything and wouldn't refund our money. They are thieves with terrible systems and worse customer service.

Worst website do not buy from here in small words they put it will not will be available until June instead of making it big and clear horrible.
