Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, the phone number doesn't work, and chat with customer support takes 30 mins to connect with someone, if you are lucky! course website barely functions at best

Do not use FirstTimeDriver
Registered for their 30 hour Driver's Training. Worst platform, boring curriculum, claims 24/7 service but if you get locked out from a quiz, service is only during the week. Look elsewhere for Driver's Training online.
