This was our fourth or fifth charter with First Student, and once again, the experience was excellent. We booked a bus for our church group to visit Six Flags Amusement Park. The reservation process was seamless and hassle-free. Although the driver arrived a bit late due to traffic, they were very apologetic, and the staff at the pickup location was extremely helpful. The bus itself was clean, and the driver was kind, professional, and approachable. For the return trip, the bus arrived on time and everything went smoothly. We will definitely continue to use First Student for our future charter bus needs.
