I did open account because on website saying 24 hour then I found out the FIRSTTRADE close between 4am to 8am Monday to Friday you can't do any transaction so I want to withdraw my money is been two weeks they're keep giving me excuses my own money you don't need that kind of day trading brokerage company.

Don't use First Securities; they'll subject you to all sorts of checks when you try to withdraw money. 不要用这个券商，入金容易，出金难，会各种审核你，小红书上有很多受害者

Trading system is very slow and not efficient, sometimes can’t trade during pre- market periods more than one hour because their system is updating. Is that a joke? Their system is totally sucks !!

Trusted, but not top-tier. I have been using Firstrade since 2020. Deposits and withdrawals are not very convenient for me from Malaysia. The trading conditions are acceptable, but it does not offer overnight trading. Overall, I consider it an average broker.

U don’t get an account there if resident of the UAE . Only a few countries are eligible for their service .

Lowest fee I saw. CS service is suck but I am rare to need it

In I could give them a ZERO I would! Trying to close and account, not only did they charge the account $55 for partial transfer, now they want to charge $75 to close the account! Note: partial closure, actually should have been a full closure of the account.....the worst brokerage out there...run
