If it was possible to give these people 0 starts for customer service I would. I work in customer service as a manager and I would fire on the spot if any of my employees talked to customers the way I was spoken to. First they seem real nice but then they hang up on you when you try to ask questions! I’ve never been tested so rudely! Horrible company actions! Don’t bother. I would t take their money after being treated as I was for trying to simply ask questions!

I was never told that they would be taking automatic payments out of every paycheck, I was told it was monthly, I was told there are only 2 repayment options and it's either be robbed every paycheck or pay in full. Mind you I've already paid well over what I borrowed 2 months ago and haven't paid a dime of my principal back yet. Wasn't given a copy of the agreement I signed, no option to view my information online, took them a full week and change to deposit the loan, well after I needed it though they advertised it would be in my account by the next business day. I was never even told I was approved for the loan! Just showed up in my account after I had already gone and sought another option that actually did deliver on their promises. I don't care how badly you need this money it's not worth it to pay back 700% more than what you borrowed and have them rob you from every paycheck so you CAN'T budget and pay back before they can collect all their interest.

No stars needed. I wish I'd read the reviews before i applied. After all they did get my personal info only to turn me down. I pray their business burn to a crisp. It's sick how they prey on vulnerable people that's needing money just to get by day by day only to give their hopes up and get get taken advantage of. There's a special place in Hell just for them and I pray they get there.

There a big scam

Frist loan sucks don t go throw them I got 500 from them and did not see the fine print the person I was talking to rush me through I am not paying it back they can kiss my but i work hard for my money I told them before they sent it that I did not want the loan i going through a chapter 13 and my trustee told me not good idea

OMG! I am glad I came across this site. As I was on the phone with this company I began to read the reviews. I gave him all of my information. I now have to cancel that bank account because I am not sure if they will try to take anything out. I disconnected the line and blocked them. Omg! I am so worried now because they have all of my info (Name DoB Employment info Address even my bank info) omg.. this terrible. I was in need of the money and may have gotten myself into a far worse situation.

Do not take out a loan with them period. I’ll rather be homeless before I do this. I was approved for 800 I was only asking for 300. I understand that the loan repayment is triple the amount but the lady stated that if you pay it back in 1 full payment it’s only 168 dollars extra in fee’s. I let my fiancé read the agreement and he was like no do that. I had already submitted everything called five times and they was nice but kept telling me the original rep I spoke with had to cancel it. Nobody never got through with him. I checked my account today 11/18 800 extra dollars. I bank with chase and I’m hoping they can return the money to sender I am also going to call but I am also getting ready to file a lawsuit I will change my account number if I have no I’m not paying this back period!

If I could give any less that one star, I would. I was approved for a loan of $200 with an insane APR so I ended up not following through and filling paperwork. The next day they're blowing up my phone from several different numbers and from 8:30am to 2:30pm they've called me 15 different times, once even leaving a voicemail saying they would be calling me again in thirty seconds. I ended up blocking their numbers and I'm hoping they don't call back from a new one.
