😴is early morning now I put on my application call time nights A Lady with an Indian accent called back to back few minutes ago and I ignored the call 3 times before I accepted the 4th and I told here if someone dont answer she should wait 2 or 3 hrs before she call that person and her response was Ok???? So are you ready to continue your Apllication Sir ? I said NO cancel everything

Only reason i got the loan is i needed the money. When i saw the 700 plus apr, i was furious. Now I'm stuck paying $4000 on a $ 625 loan. My mistake, to anyone out there don't take loan from first loan it's a rip off. Had to rate it 1 there's now option for "zero".

Was told 70% apr, as desperate as I was, that sounded okay, get the paperwork and it was 761%. Terrible company pretty sure they're a scam!

I don’t have stars to give them, but you have to hit one. Unlike every review I read I gave all my information to First Loan. They are aggressive when trying to verify your bank info. I was at work when I called them back and I told the rep I was speaking too. She said she would contact the bank for my direct deposit but she did not tell me she asking the bank for every pay period I had and my balances. After she got into the month I f December I thought this was ridiculous so I told her I had to hang up. She kept saying two more minutes. I told her I was working she did not care. She said we are on a recorded line. So I told her I had to go. She and the bank disconnected the call. Something told me to find reviews on them and I am glad I did. I called them back to cancel my application because of their ridiculous interest rate. They said they did. The more reviews I read the more I became worried. So I continue to call back and they would tell me my application was canceled. I am still waiting on a email confirmation for cancellation but has not received it. I will be watching them and my account very closely. If they put one dime in my account I am calling a lawyer.

This company is very scandalous and should not be in business. I’m pretty shook that this company is still operating after looking at the other reviews. My boyfriend had took out a $500 loan from this company. They told him that he would have to pay $150 every 2 weeks for 12 months. That’s $3600 by the time the loan would be paid off, however they also told him that he can do a buyout agreement which is what he wanted to do. If we do that, it would be about $725 (Which I thought was ridiculous but whatever.) My boyfriend called and scheduled them to take it, but somewhere in their ignorant minds they apparently thought that he wanted to do the $150 every other week which is not what he wanted to do. They took the $150, and my boyfriend called them and told them that they’re supposed to do the buyout method, and didn’t want to do the bi-weekly payments. They told him that they couldn’t reverse the payment and to call back on Monday (this happened this past Friday) he called and he was only supposed to owe like $574 but they told him he now owes $620. Ridiculous! Like why didn’t y’all just do the buyout method when he originally asked !? They said because he didn’t give VERBAL consent. What !? Him calling you guys, and Literally stating that he wants to do the buyout payment, and give permission to deduct it from his account isn’t verbal consent !? NEVER again. This company needs to be shut down !

Borrowed $350 in a bind. Called Saturday, simple easy process, money was wired to me Monday morning. I called Monday to schedule full payment for Friday. Total $379. Use responsibly because those numbers are scary if you don’t pay off immediately.

I only was able to get a $300 dollar loan and was told that they had three options to pay back the loan. Was told that I had to do the first option no if and or buts, but they said that they'd call me before my first payment to see if wanted to switch loan payment options. They never called. I'm now paying up to $2000 dollars by the time this loan payment is done and it was only for $300 dollars. I try to keep contacting them but it seems like even if I do get through I'm going to be out $1700.

Crooks was told on 1/22/20 loan was paid off. Now on 1/24/20 I still owe 931.00 Can't seem to get a straight answer as to why or they can produce a copy of my contract stating this But they did offer me a new loan of $650 with a 10 payments of $418 do weekly Then they seemed upset I didn't take them up on it
