I have literally been trying to cancel my subscription for months. I’ve reached out to customer service, tried to figure it out myself multiple times, and still keep receiving product I don’t want and can’t use. My son has level 3 non speaking autism, and of the difficulties I have in my day, this subscription shouldn’t be one of them. Apologies for my passion but it just shouldn’t be this hard.

They purposely make it difficult to cancel the subscription
I sent an email to this company asking them to cancel my subscription. They responded offering me discounts, etc. to keep the subscription but I responded a second time to go ahead and cancel. The following month I received a package from them. When I inquired about this they told me they sent me a third email (which I didn't receive) asking me to confirm again that I wanted to cancel. Since I did not get that email and didn't respond they kept my subscription. I think they make it difficult on purpose. How many times do I have to tell them to cancel my subscription?

We’re truly sorry to hear about this. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have, and we understand how frustrating it must feel to believe your cancellation request was already clear. Subscription concerns should feel simple and supported, not stressful. We’d like the chance to review this carefully and help make sure everything is properly addressed. Please reach us through our website Contact Us page with your order details so our team can support you with the next steps.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I placed an order for 3 types of vitamins for my daughter to see which ones we wanted 30 days later I get a charge for almost $400 because they charged me for 3 months for the 3 products and now will not refund me. So to save on their shipping cost they will charge for 3 months, not 30 days like most companies. This is the email from First Day sent me. I removed the name of the person that sent me the emsil
Hi my name,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m happy to walk through how the subscription works and explain the charge.
Your first order placed at checkout is a 30-day supply. After that, your first refill is processed 30 days later and includes a 90-day supply. You can view your original order and the selected terms here.
Once you receive the 90-day supply, your next refill will not process for another 90 days, since that order is meant to last you three months. Future subscription refills will continue on that 90-day schedule unless you make changes to your subscription.
This helps make sure you receive the right amount on time without being charged or shipped too frequently, while also helping you save on shipping costs with fewer deliveries throughout the year.
Orders begin processing with our warehouse immediately after they’re placed, which means we’re unable to cancel or refund them once processing has started. You can track the delivery here. I can, however, help ensure your future refills are set up the way you’d like.
Before we proceed with canceling future refills, I’d love to see if there’s anything we can adjust for you. We can pause, skip, swap products, or move your next order date if that would work better.
You can also manage your subscription anytime through your account here: Account Link.
If you’d still prefer to cancel your subscription through this conversation, I can help with that. For account security, an additional verification step may be required before cancellation is completed.
To proceed with canceling future refills, please reply with: “Cancel my subscription save.”
Warmly,

These gummies may work my teen wouldn't take them and first day gave me such a hassle to cancel and unsubscribe they still kept shipping me vitamins despite my emails and won't refund anything because they consider the vitamins food this is a huge problem this is not a company I'd ever recommend

I was charged $600+
I urge you, please read the Trustpilot reviews before you buy—this company’s subscription model is extremely misleading in my opinion.
I was charged over $600 for a 4‑month supply of vitamins for two kids ($500+ for a pre-charged 3‑month renewal I didn’t clearly opt into, plus ~$100 upfront). With the allure of half off and a 45-day trial period. There was no meaningful chance to cancel, and no refunds allowed—even though I believed I had a 45‑day window. Customer service explained that the charge was due to pre-charging a 3-month supply. How is that even possible?
With just one day’s notice before shipment, this process feels designed to catch customers off guard.
This experience feels like a bait-and-switch and completely erodes trust in the product.
To anyone considering this product: read every detail, watch the renewal timing closely, and don’t assume you’ll be able to opt out. Otherwise, you may end up hundreds of dollars out of pocket with no recourse.
I cannot justify spending $600 on vitamins over basic household needs—and you shouldn’t have to either.
First Day: Please address this publicly and refund customers who were charged under unclear subscription terms. I am not the first to post, and there will be more like this unless you fix this.
Update: First Day addressed my concerns and provided an acceptable solution. Thank you.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam! I was receiving ads about it, so decided to give them a try. I ordered a pack for each of my kids total was about $60. My girls did not like the taste, but I never bothered to contact them about it. I was just not orderingfrom them anymore. I recieved an email couple days ago of a new purchase of 2 more bags totaling $80! What in the world.. I was really confused so figured the processing just took 2 months. Turns out you automatically get signed up to a subscription when you purchase. Yes, that is not an option. They scam you! Yes a complete scam!! They have all your account information and will continue to send you and charge you full price for whatever they feel like sending you. This is a horrible company with no accountability unless you're having a good experience. Other than that, forget it. Ohh, also all their phone numbers provided online dont work. So yeah, SCAMMERS! Please save yourself a headache and a bad week, because it will take them days before getting back to you via email. They are in control of pretty much everything includingyour bank account, and that my friend is not a company you want to give buisness to.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience caused, especially with the renewal, difficulty reaching our team, and products your children did not enjoy. Subscribe & Save renewals follow the schedule presented during checkout, though we understand the details may not have felt clear. Orders begin processing right away so they can ship quickly. Please visit the Contact Us page on our website so our team can carefully review the subscription, order, and cancellation status.

I thought I canceled these…
I thought I canceled these subscriptions months ago. Turns out the subscription was only paused, no notice of unpausing the subscription and they charged my credit card and said so sorry, but we're keeping your money. we can give you a store credit but no money! Sent me a link to cancel and scrolled through no fewer than 5 or 6 pages to finally get to cancel the subscription that I thought was already cancelled.
My grandson took for several months with no improvements noticed.
Zero stars I do not recommend

My kids didn't hate the taste but they…
My kids didn't hate the taste but they didn't love it either. My issue is canceling the subscription. It should not be as difficult as they make it. I ended up sending them a message because I still cannot find out from their website how to cancel. I bet I won't hear back from them
