Finally a vitamin we like
We have tried several different multivitamins and my kids take these with no issues. They love the taste and the fact that it is a gummy. I am noticing more emotional regulation from both of my kids and they don't ask for snacks all day long.

Great tasting and good ingredients!
My granddaughters loved the taste of these vitamins, even the really picky one! They look forward to taking them so there is no hassle 😉

A Solid Investment in your Family’s Health

Best VEGAN vitamin gummies
The gummies are tasty — and VEGAN! — and have become an un-skippable part of my morning routine. I’ve traveled twice now since starting with First Day and brought my tube along both times. I’m picky about what goes in my body, and I feel good about using First Day.

Best Vitamins for Picky Kids!
My daughter is so picky! We have tried many vitamins from Amazon and some of the more expensive ones I have seen on adds. These are the only ones I feel good about her having and that she likes! I will also say she has not been sick since we started taking them 6 months ago. I will recommend them to everyone I talk to that has kids.

First day has changed my life I have…
First day has changed my life I have never been faithful taking vitamins until now I don’t miss a day I and newly widowed and have changed my life to live better and healthier I started these and before long o got some for my grand daughter Since she has started them she’s 21/2 she has not been Not even a cold And she’s I’m daycare 4 days/ week I’m not one for reviews but for this I will say it’s a no brainer Love your life to the fullest Barb
