Bought for my two grandchildren who are…
Bought for my two grandchildren who are very picky eaters ages 10 and 13. Loved the fact when opening they smell like vitamins not candy.Grandchildren like them. I have seen a difference after a month of use. Better sleep. Better mood. I now have a subscription.

Great product and service…
My three year old loves the taste and I have already seen improvements in her behaviour in a week . The customer service of this company is also wonderful at what they do .

My new order of the kids vitamins had…
My new order of the kids vitamins had the tamper seal broken on arrival. The First day deam quickly sent a new one without delay on their behalf. I was the biggest delay due to ignoring email. They were responsive, polite, courteous, genuine, and in general great to work with.

I don’t even feel like I’m taking vitamins! They are so good! It’s easy to want to take my vitamins every day.

I recommend these vitamins
I love these vitamins! I’ve been low in iron my whole life. Being vegan actually upped my level, but I was still low. Taking the vitamins for women has helped me tremendously! My nails are stronger again as well. For me that’s a great perk! I haven’t noticed anything else outside my bloodwork. As long as those numbers stay where they need to, I’ll continue to be a customer. The taste of these vitamins are pretty delicious too! Customer service was on top of getting my delivery issue cleared up within hours. Which was a relief, considering I moved to Hawai’i from the mainland. I did change my address, but it didn’t save. I sent an email Sunday night and Monday morning it was corrected.

We love the multi vitamins for kids
We love the multi vitamins for kids, my daughter gets all the vitamins she’s missing out on food wise, she loves the taste and the price is affordable. I love that you can place the next order on pause if you still have gummies from the previous month as well!

FINALLY…magic beans :)
Finally, a vitamin that is natural, has less sugar, and still tastes amazing ALL WHILE HAVING EVERYTHING MY 4 YEAR OLD NEEDS! He was having some behavioral issues, and since the “first day” we started with these “magic beans” (that’s what we called them), his behaviors have been manageable. We attributed them to helping our son get the nutrients he needs since he is such a picky eater. Adding First Day toddler vitamins to our daily routine was the best decision ever! Thank you, First Day!
