Our son is on the Autism Spectrum and has extremely restricted eating habits. We were searching for a vitamin to compensate for the deficit in his intake of fruits and vegetables. He is very sensitive to texture, temperature, etc. and is reluctant to try new foods. We were concerned he would not take these, but he takes them himself each day, no complaints. Since he started with First Day, we have noticed a marked improvement in his speech patterns and sleeping habits. We are so grateful, and very relieved to have discovered these.

These vitamins have been a gift, my kids love them and want to eat them up like candy. Since my boys have started taking them their appetite has increased and they have so much more energy. Extremely fast shipping!! My kids love these , they want to gobble them all up but they are also always excited to "save some for tomorrow" . We've been using for several months now and I'm so happy to find a vitamin that my kids will take daily. They also love the cute little bottle they come in.

I initially wanted to try these because they are all natural and hoped my 4 year old would like them. She is a very selective eater. With these she reminds me everyday that she has to take her vitamins. This is a plus since we have other brands still sitting around, that she refuses to take.

I liked the discount when I bought the product for the first time. At first my son didn’t like it but after a few weeks he ended up enjoying taking the gummies, it helped that I sprinkled a little sugar on them. I’ve notice a positive effect on his behavior. My son struggles with ADHD and ASD so I’ve gone through a few vitamin brands to find the kind of support he needs. I can tell my son likes that they are gummy because he doesn’t like the chewable tablet form. The First Day quality I think is better than brands like Ollie and Neurobroc which are still great choices but don’t appear to make as much an impact as First Day gummies. I had been concerned about him getting enough nutrition because he is very picky and trying to get him to eat veggies was a problem. My experience as a customer has been easy service is polite and delivery was timely. I’d recommend them to any parent. If I could make a suggestion it would be to send some free samples to curious customers so they can see if the taste is good and if there seems to be a benefit from taking them.
