I started giving my 7 yr old daughter the First Day gummies 2 months ago. She absolutely LOVES the flavor and never argues to take them or do what she did with her last daily vitamins and hide them throughout the house. I am very happy with the autoship and quality of the products we recieve. Thank you First Day for a great product!

The vitamins are high quality and taste good. All three of my children will eat them, which was not the case for the Hiya vitamins.

As a father that is particular about what I put in my body I was looking for a good methylated vitamins for my boy. I have noticed a huge difference in his behavior since we started him on these. He is a different child when he takes his vitamins. No more crazy mood swings.

We love these vitamins. My kids like them so much that they are the ones reminding me to take them. It’s also fall season and my kids did not get sick! At least not yet. They usually get sick as soon as they start school and we seem to at least have skipped that one. So thankful for First Day!

My son is Autistic and a very picky eater, It’s so hard to get him the vitamins and minerals that is needed when he’s on a very restricted diet. First day mutivitamins and probiotics give me the reassurance I need by giving him a vitamin that is yummy and passes over as a gummy candy. we’ve tried soooo many, and i’ve never had a vitamin until now that gives me the reassurance I need as a parent. 100% recommend for parents of children on the spectrum❤️

Our children like the taste and they're always excited to take their multivitamins in the morning. I am happy that I found out about First Day and will be a customer for years to come.

We just got our first order of gummies a few days ago so l can’t speak on effectiveness yet but the customer service is fantastic. There was an error with my shipping address and when we realized the error they immediately sent me out a new package, which arrived at the same time as my second month package. Myself and my 3 neurodiverse kids have been taking them for a few days. The taste is great. I think they taste like candy. Even my super picky kid will eat them and I can’t get him to take anything. He actually asked for extra. So there are 2 things in the win column. Customer service is awesome and the gummies taste great. They have great ingredients so I'm happy about that and I’m really hoping with consistency that we see the health benefits from them quickly.
