Great tasting vitamins, I accidentally ordered all children’s for the household cause I didn’t look further than the ad I saw. Fully my fault. When I got the next auto order I emailed and explained the situation they immediately sent a return order and switched it to the products I chose. They taste great, and I’ve tasted the children’s, teen and womens. My last order I got a 3 months supply so I don’t run out. Would definitely recommend!

These are great! Taste, texture and favor have all been wonderful. My entire family takes them daily and we have seen great outcomes.

Love my vitamins, have been taking them for three months now, and so far I feel more energized, ( I am in my 40’s). They taste good, does not leave a bitter taste like some vitamins do. Have seen an improvement in my nails, skin, and hair. I will definitely continue ordering.

Since taking First Day, I have concluded that aging doesn't have to mean you're tired and lacking energy. I am 75 years old and was feeling this way more and more. My son loves taking these, I have noticed a positive change in his moods, such a cute little container for them as well. I buy every 3 months as my bill to Canada is just over 50 dollars to get them. We love First Day.

My daughter has ARFID, so I am super hesitant to trust when people with conventionally picky eaters say that kids love the taste - but this time, it proved true for even my super sensor. Kids never complain about taking these each day.

Raising an autistic child who is an extremely picky eater is a forboding challenge. You're always worried that they are not getting enough of the vitamins and minerals needed to sustain health and growth. So finding First Day has been a God send!! Not only do they contain healthy amounts of vitamins, they do NOT contain the chemicals and additives found in all the other over the counter vitamins. We started seeing healthy changes within the first week of changing to the First Day multi-vitamins. Better sleep and behaviors were almost immediate!! Thank You, First Day!!! For producing a product that is safe to give to our autistic child!!! One of the shipments we received came in the middle of July and was kind of sticky. I contacted customer service and discussed with them some possible alternatives to shpping the vitamins through the post office during the summer months since the heat breaks down the quality of the gummies. They assured me that they were working on a solution to that very issue. Within a month, the website offered an alternative to ordering monthly. You can now choose to get multiple shipments at once. Which means we can stock up on the vitamins in the spring and avoid having to have any shipped during the heat of the summer months. Absolutely LOVE how fast they worked to solve this problem!!! I cannot say enough GOOD things about this company and their commitment to helping the world become a healthier place!!!
