I recommend the vitamins, at the beginning of 2024 I focused on looking for good vitamins for my children, a teenager and an 8-year-old boy with severe asthma problems and I found these super vitamins, which I can say was a miracle from God, my children have not had even the slightest cold this winter season I also combined it with green juices in the morning but I can say without hesitation that these are the best VITAMINS Just a recommendation for the company, if during the hot season you can see the shape of the packaging, since due to the heat some vitamins (gummies) stick together!

I know, I know, they're just vitamins! I thought the same. I've tried many from horse-pill-sized ridiculousness to capsules that had me burping a fish taste (no, not sushi - just a yuck fish taste). I figured I'd try these, without any preconceived outcomes. FirstDay proved that great vitamins exist. First off, they taste great so I look forward to taking them in the morning (so I don't forget them). Second, I can take them on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous. And third (and most importantly), I feel like I have more energy and less brain fog. This is after taking them a couple months - I actually feel a difference. You should try these for yourself - I'm in my 50s and I don't just haphazardly review products so you waste your money. I really think these are worth a shot - you have nothing to lose!!

I got these for my daughter, and they worked! she was less moody, her immunities were up, she felt better.. but when they came they were sticky. Customer Service for this company is INCREDIBLE though and we got a replacement! I do recommend keeping them in the refrigerator though! I have recommended these to my students' parents as well!

I LOVE First Day. They’re quick to respond to emails and always help me resolve issues quickly. For example, I accidentally forgot to skip a month on my subscription, when I already had a ton of vitamins at home.
