The gummies were so stuck together in a clump and they were a bit stale/white in spots. Not expected this low level of quality for a brand I see advertised everywhere. My children got tired of the same taste after about 2 weeks, I won’t be buying again.

We bought vitamins from them for a bunch of years and we have an excess so I paused the subscription. They didn’t warn me that they were sending the next shipment until the middle of the night and a few hours later told me it was too late to stop the order. Then they only offered a 30% discount. I’m bummed but canceled our subscriptions.

I have been using the first day women's gummies for a few months. They were ok. I was on a subscription plan. My previous order was 3 bottles(pouches or whatever you want to call them) so I didn't need more yet and paused my subscription. Then I got a email saying my order was sent as well as a notice from PayPal of the charge. Figured it was my error so went with it. Then I just got another email notification of another order and billing from PayPal! I had just double checked my account and confirmed it was paused! Contacted customer service and advised them there was and error. Her response was there's nothing we can do it's shipped. Now I feel scammed. Basically too bad for me. Do not order from this company, unless you want to be sucked into their blackhole forever. Definitely not worth it! I received a response from first day indicating they want to make this right and please contact them directly. However I did that, twice! They gave me the same response twice, there's nothing they will do because it has shipped. Seriously they want me to contact them for a third time?!

They want a review? Ok, this is what I think so far, after two months of my 9 y/o daughter by taking the First Day Daily Enrichment Multivitamin gummies, I don't see the effects they claims for, so I don't know why this one is different from others vitamins? I am being realistic and honest. The price is really high for a monthly subscription. Also the refill looks very dry and sticky so I'm not willing to keep the subscription. Thank you.

I noticed I have been being charged for a second subscription I did not make for the past few months. I wrote customer service asking for the difference in price (I was willing to keep the extra items I just requested the difference in price to be refunded). I gave two starts instead of 1 because I am still trying the product. My kids like how they taste. I have no idea if they work well or not. I will decide in a few more months. ------ BTW your response says you were able to assist but I did not get the difference refund I requested. So I was dissatisfied. I see quite a few other reviews saying that an extra subscription other than what was originally ordered was placed.
