I have been using First Day for a very long time. I have an 8 year old and a 18 year old who both use multiple products from this company. My youngest son has suffered from tummy issues which have almost disappeared at this point. I would highly recommend First Day to any and every parent.

Great product that my child actually enjoys and takes without a fuss! We have tried others brands but First day is our favorite.

We purchased First Day Vitamins for our whole family — men’s, women’s, teen/kids multivitamins, and nighttime magnesium for the kids. With everyone having different needs, I was curious to see how they’d work for us. I’ll start with my kindergartener. She was doing well at school, but we had been dealing with some concerning behaviors at home. Pretty quickly after starting the vitamins, we noticed a really positive change in her behavior. She also loves the flavor and actually looks forward to taking them! She has also struggled with chronic leg cramps, which we’ve discussed with her pediatrician, and magnesium was suggested. After about two weeks, we noticed her leg cramps had considerably decreased. I can only speak to our experience, but that has been a huge positive for us. My teen is a little harder to impress — she takes them, but definitely isn’t a fan of the flavor! 😂 The adults in our family enjoy the flavor, though. I can’t say I notice a dramatic difference from the women’s vitamins yet, but I genuinely like the feeling of doing something for myself and prioritizing my own needs. The men’s vitamins have been well received too, although we haven’t noticed any major changes yet. And I have to mention the customer service. I reached out through chat with some questions, and the representative was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They took the time to answer everything and helped me resolve the issues I was having. Overall, we’re really happy we gave First Day a try. Every family member has had a different experience, but for us the children's vitamins have made a difference in the health of our child and that's worth the price. I will continue to purchase the children's vitamins 100%.

I just love them and so do my kids. It's not easy finding something that works for everyone

My children take the Teen daily multivitamin, probiotic, and magnesium sleep supplements and I take the Women's probiotics. All of these products are high quality and easy to ingest and digest.
