The Teen vitamin gummies were good, overpriced, but worked well. The First Day subscription plan is a scam. DO NOT DO IT. When you try to cancel and feel like you have canceled, they will continue to charge your card and send you the order. When you reach out - they will say that they “sent you an email to confirm the cancellation” which I never received and have read the same with other reviewers. I cancelled my subscription in May and they continued to charge my card and send another order in July. Even though the package is still in its unopened shipping package, First Day refuses to allow me to send it back and refuses to refund me on the order that was shipped after I cancelled. The lack of integrity and shady side of the subscription makes their decent vitamins not worth it. Save your money and time. I would not recommend this company.

We did not see any benefit for our teen son, but we only gave it 90 days. After that I decided the cost was not worth it. What I am unhappy about it is how this company hides their subscription cancellation. The FAQ said where to find it, but there was nothing to click for Cancel. I had to email to get help from customer support who of course tried to talk me into staying. Nowhere on the site is there a button or link for "Cancel." In case you're looking for it, you have to go to Manage Subscription and then skip over all the other options (Skip shipment, Change product, etc.) and click "Manage Order" at the bottom. This is the magic button that takes you to a cancellation screen. I'm super annoyed they not only hid the option but that I had to reach out to customer service and then wait for a response to figure it out.

The teen gummies taste awful and my kids won’t eat them. I really wanted and was hoping they would like them but they won’t even touch them! And the magnesium gummies are even worse tasting. I even tried them and they have a weird plastic smell and taste. Money wasted for sure!

I placed an order and did not realize that I was automatically enrolled in a recurring subscription. From the day my account was established to attempting to cancel said subscription, the process has been inefficient. I really hope to get an immediate solution to resolve the issue, but it's very difficult to reach First Day.

Their customer service consists of wordy form letters stating, “we’d love to help you but aren’t going to.” I do not get their subscription emails and was not ready to receive a third order. I emailed a few hours after my card was processed and they told me to get bent. But in that really annoying way where they say, “gosh we would love to help you but put hands are just tied!!!! It’s so crazy!” I don’t like to spend my money with companies like this and will no longer purchase from them as they lack accountability. I have several subscriptions with other places and they just…cancel the order. As for whether the vitamins are better than what I had been buying at our local health food store…I don’t think so. Kid also thinks these taste gross. We haven’t noticed their amazing promises coming true, but I’m sure they are fine. I’ll keep supporting local instead of what seems to be either a huge corporate machine or a small business that doesn’t care about their customers. I’d also like to say that businesses with their product under their control usually have the flexibility to attend to the needs of their consumers; the ones who “cannot” alter a order four hours after it is automatically placed are usually overseas or run by secondary corporations with some figurehead or such. There are better companies to support with your money. EDIT TO ADD: please read their reply; two more paragraphs of, we would love to help you but we will not. 😂😂😂 dudes, why bother. Please see their other replies. More of the same; give us your money and suck it.

Vitamins were costly, had an extra COD charge, and the quality / nutritional value is less than one I can get from a basic Jamieson brand vitamin. Total waste of money.

The gummies came clumped up like they melted together. Even with shaking they do not break apart. We've had to just peel them apart. This issue was the same for all 3 of the bottles ordered. My teen daughter likes the taste of them though.

Please stop sending me every month. You are sending two bottles every month and I have only one child. I just got notice of another charge on my credit card and I still have two unopened bottles and half a bottle we are using. This is to much! Stop or I will cancel!
