Ordered the teen gummies. They taste terrible. My son could not get even one down. I tried myself and completely agreed. I contacted the company for a return of the unused and unopened bags and they refused.

My wife thought she ordered a one time package. Despite her calling to cancel after the first auto shipment, they’ve continued to send one every month for $73! We are now up to $340 in charges we didn’t ask for. They make it almost impossible to call, but my wife has found the number and has spoken with them now twice. They promised us the shipments were cancelled but they keep on coming. These people are scammers!!! Don’t buy!

9/23/26 This message is a reply to their reply from today. I had exhausted that option before I disputed the unauthorized charges an came to Trustpilot to share my experience in a review. Yes I had already contacted your email customer service sbout this situation. Firstdsy reply, sorry no returns and no refunds but if you like we'll give you $125% of your last order as a credit towards more of our product. I also noted that your website return policy was just recently updated to say because of the nature of the products there are no returns. So of course I said thank you to receiving a credit. Especially since I already have a massive Supply of teen gummies vitamins....after Firstdaytripling my large order that was not expected to be a subscription. 9/22/26 Their site makes you think you're buying a single order while pushing if you buy more get great discounts... but this is then order processed and converted into a subscription that auto charges card with no warning, emails or knowledge until you receive packages in the mailbox. They hit my card 3 times for 135.00 before I realized 3rd time they were auto billing me. Then they say you can cancel subscription but only options is pause delivery for a month. I never found the cancel location. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. The customer service says no returns or refunds but the site Deception shows 45 day satisfaction... when looking it up notes say we will look into it.. ??? I have tried multiple times to cancel the subscription for these vitamins. I've used the portal, I've messaged and emailed - what happens? I end up in a three week long exchange with Anna, Head of Customer Support at First Day" giving me the run around. When someone asks to cancel just cancel. There shouldn't be a 5 step process for you to stop taking my money when I have made it clear I do not want your product. My daughter will not take them. They arrive in one melted together lump. I have at least 4 unopened packages that will end up in the trash.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign up for the subscription. Getting charged is easy. Trying to cancel it is a completely different story. Their website claims you can cancel through “Manage Subscriptions,” but when I actually tried to cancel, there was no cancellation option anywhere. The only options were to pause the subscription, change the delivery frequency, or switch products. I have emailed customer service twice asking them to help me cancel and still haven't gotten the help I need. I shouldn't have to chase a company down just to stop a subscription I no longer want. This is incredibly frustrating and feels intentionally difficult. If a company makes it this hard to cancel, I would seriously think twice before giving them your payment information.

Disappointed when I received the packages. I ordered 2 bottles but they both came in the refill packages (it clearly said “bottles” not refill). This’s the first time I ordered and therefore I don’t have any empty bottle to use. Yes the contents should be the same, but knowing my kids, they will not seal the package fully. And when I tried to get a follow-up after 2 weeks, all I got was answers from AI that my order was delivered.

I just received my order of kids multi vitamins and I have to say we’re not impressed. They came in refill bags and not the canister tubs. When I privately contacted first day they were less than helpful and offered me $5 off my next order after several emails. All advertisements and their website shows their vitamins in canisters. I didn’t order refill pouches and if I had known this was the case I would have ordered Jaco. I would not order from first day if you have any expectations at all. My 4 year old is fine with the taste of the vitamins but my 7 year old says they are gross. After I got nowhere with an email, I decided to comment on one of their advertisements through Facebook where they privately messaged me within less than a minute requesting my order number and stated they would like to assist me. After sending them my order number they said they would be back with me shortly then ghosted me right away.

When I emailed this company.. The representative said.. After reviewing your account, it appears that the subscription option was selected when adding the gummies to your cart and then checking out when the order was placed. My response.. It was selected because your site had it preselected without my knowledge. I did not click a button or intentionally subscribe to anything. The subscription was already selected, meaning I would have had to notice it and manually unselect it in order to avoid being charged. As I explained before, the subscription box is extremely small and easy to overlook. I believe this design is misleading and could cause many customers to unknowingly subscribe because they simply cannot see the option clearly. I find this practice extremely dishonest and unfair. It feels like you are taking advantage of customers by making the subscription easy to miss and then charging them for something they never knowingly agreed to. I also paused my subscription because there was no option available to actually cancel it. The only option I could find was to “pause” the subscription, which is a joke. Your cancellation policy refers to canceling a subscription, but how can a customer cancel if there is no actual “Cancel Subscription” option provided? Pausing a subscription is not the same as canceling it. I should not have to search for a hidden cancellation option(which isn't available) or continue being subscribed simply because your website only provides a pause option. Also, my son said the vitamins were horrible, so we wouldn’t have purchased them again anyway. AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! REPORT TO THE BBB
