The teen probiotics were working but…
The teen probiotics were working but now seem like they are not. Also I set up to use my rewards on my last order subscription and it didnt use it so that is frustrating

The kids love the vitamins
The kids love the vitamins. Just wished if you are ordering for two kids and opt for the subscription, that there would be free shipping. They are a big investment and that would help ease the monthly cost. Also, if you offer to do a survey, let the money be applied to anything, not limited to new products or put that in big bold lettering before you take the survey. Very disappointing when you hope to use it to ease the cost of one month's worth of vitamins for two kids.

Product fine but subscription and website terrible
Product is great - If all the things they tout are true. Main issue is with subscriptions...you cant cancel once you start them under your account login on the website. You can change delivery dates, change product, skip a delivery, etc but cant cancel! Feels like a scheme which is not what you want in healthy products with ..more like a timeshare...I have asked them numerous times where can you cancel, with no response.

Pausing doesn't work. Can't cancel online.
Product is as advertised. I paused my subscription but was still charged. There is no way to cancel online.

Been using for several years….and now, not a fan
I have been taking this specific vitamin, via to ship for a few years now. Up until the last shipment, the product consistency, texture, taste was the same. The last 2 shipments, the product taste is awful! The taste is that of a stuffy stale, nasty taste and consistency. What happened and why has this changed?

My daughter doesn’t like them
My daughter doesn’t like them. So I have 3 bottles that I’m probably going to start eating. I gotta find something that she is going to eat, so the search continues.

No tracking information sent on when I…
No tracking information sent on when I could have expected the product. I received an email from the company how I’m liking the product one week before receiving the product. My child doesn’t like the taste to the point where she doesn’t want to take them daily. The gummies texture sticks to her teeth as well

Pricey and slow
Been using the product for about a year now and it works fine but the cost is on the high side. In addition, the shipping is terribly slow. Use something other than the post office. Biggest gripe is the gummies are all fused together and sticky when they arrive and trying to separate them is a pain.
