Customer service is so bad. They will lie to you and tell you that you can try it and get your money back if you don’t like it. Lol what a bunch of crap. They only offer a credit! How does that help if my son won’t eat them?! Literally dismissed everything I said! Don’t do it!!! Run!

I accidentally placed a second order which created a second subscription. I cannot find how to cancel second subscription on the site. Emailed two days ago and no response. I am considering canceling both subscriptions now and trying a new product. Angela Feldpausch

Wish I had known my next shipment was approaching. I would have paused it or changed date of delivery.

The vitamins have a terrible smell and texture. They are really big and you have to take multiple of them. I have 4 kids and none of them like them. They advertise even those with autism and food issues like them - false! I have 2 autistic kids and neither of them can tolerate them.

I see I’m not the only one that somehow got hooked into an auto ship. Found the website’s check out confusing and had to redo my order 3 times since it tried to order more than I was trying to purchase. Finally got the 2 different supplements I wanted at $69. Month later I received another bottle of one of the supplements. Hadn’t signed up for any auto ship or at least I didn’t think I did. Decided I would keep it and I noticed a charge for $51. Seemed a bit pricey for 1 item. Emailed them and got response canceling my not selected auto ship. We’ll see if it was truly cancelled.

I haven't received my order yet... it's been almost two weeks. This has happened in the past where it just never showed up. They did replace when I reached out to them but that doesn't help when you have to wait another two weeks for the replacement. They try to push the subscription on you so this doesn't happen.... or give you a discount code for X off your next order... it never works either. I have said I am done multiple times. This was it.

Extremely disappointed in First Day Vitamins. The product itself may be excellent, but the subscription experience is extremely frustrating and feels predatory. The recurring subscription is not made clear enough, and it’s far too easy to end up with additional charges and shipments you did not intend to order. I have no issue paying for a quality product when I choose to purchase it. What I strongly object to is feeling pressured into an ongoing subscription. First Day needs to be much more transparent about subscriptions, recurring charges, and cancellation. A good product should not need to rely on a confusing or difficult subscription model to retain customers. Excellent product, very disappointing business practice.
