We adore the First Day Teens multivitamin. My teens are genuinely excited to take it in the morning. I also take it regularly and my recent blood work was the best it’s ever been. I’m adding in the women’s magnesium gummies as well and have high expectations for its efficacy. As a family, we have tried many different brands - always searching for the balance of taste and effective vitamin delivery - and have been very happy with First Day. Glad to have finally found the one ☺️

I love them so far.My grandson is 4 yrs. old and he is a very picky eater with only a few foods he will eat . The most noticeable change is increased appetite..

My kids and I have had a great experience using FD vitamins. I have spoken with their customer service before as well and they were nothing but kind and helpful. Recently I switched from ordering on Amazon to using their website which was easy - I primarily did this because I had a shipping issue on Amazon (twice). This was my first time going with a multi-vitamin for my daughter and I was very torn on what brand to go with. We tried another brand as well and she did not like that at all - First Day was a clear winner and she loves taking her vitamins every day. Overall I love the company, the product/ingredients and the subscription feature!

The daily vitamins taste really good and the company is very easy to deal with. Customer service is fast and efficient.

I can actually say these Vitamins are great. I have a 3 yr old now that is a Picky Eater. And I started these Vitamins when he was 2, and I can say it has helped him with his appetite. I had him in the humidifier every other 2-3 days he was always getting runny nose. Not to say tha within a yr it has fixed it BUT it has improved!!! I started on my 14 yr old as well, cause he does not eat vegetables, and other healthy meals; another picky eater. But mainly on his focus, in which we still working on it…is too soon to tell. But most importantly is the the vitamins he is getting

After a lot of research I found First Day vitamins and pre/post probiotics for my teen. I really wanted a healthier vitamin without the junk and my teens body can properly absorb. First Day nailed it! I have noticed a difference with an overall better health of my teen. This may be a coincidence with the probiotics, but her face seems clearer as well. The price is high, but I will gladly pay for the quality.
