worst tasting gummies i ever had. For the 30 days i took them i felt no different than taking my regular combo of vitamins and supplements. I did not reorder as they are too overpriced for the taste.

I was charged twice for ordering the Teen multi gummy drops,got the merchandise but never got my money back.Reached out to them multiple times and was told the money was returned to my account. However,checked with my bank three times money was never returned(bad luck)with this company.Scamming people with their hard earned money😡

I’m extremely disappointed with First Day’s customer service. I never received the promised 5-day advance email before my order was renewed, which led to an unexpected charge. When I reached out to customer service for help, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s frustrating to feel ignored as a customer, especially when the issue was on their end. Very disappointed… Also if you want the agent’s name is Vein.

Horrific customer service! They will keep charging you even after you cancel. They will threaten you to pay for shipping for items you did not order. Their customer service agents lie and tell you different stories. Bad company to deal with.

It's a bucket of Sh_t. It didn't work for my level 2 daughter who has autism! I purchased two bottles and I am almost finished with the 1st bottle. It's such a waste of money for"me." There was a possibility that it would work for your family but it just didn't work for my daughter. Furthermore a red flag is that you can't find a Google review. So this company doesn't want audit reviews they want reviews that they can control.

I hope they’re worth it. Finally arrived. They took forever to get to Canada and then had a 53 dollar bill to get to me via fed ex from customs. Very expensive vitamins already - and by the time I got them I forgot I had even ordered them and have already moved on to another brand.

Customer support for this company is terrible! I contacted them because I received a 3 months supply and still had another 2 months unused product. The kids formula is no longer effective for my child since they are now a teenager. I wanted to exchange for the teen formula. I was told they could not exchange, I had to send in 4 months product for return, then purchase the teen formula. Then I was told I could only return 3 months. Each time they wanted me to respond to verify. Each time, they did not respond after sending the verification email. Each time I had to create a new ticket on their website to get a response, only to experience the same behavior. This still has not been resolved.
