So happy we found First Day!
I am so happy that my daughter loves the taste of these vitamins and I feel good giving them to her because there's no artificial ingredients and extra sugar. It's so easy to order from this company and they're quick to respond to any questions. The subscription makes it much easier because you can choose how often you want your vitamins delivered. Thank you First Day!

Helping My Son Thrive
My son has been taking Multi + Superfoods since the fall of 2024, and it has made a remarkable difference in his behavior. He’s a picky eater, so it can be difficult to know whether he’s getting the nutrition he needs, especially while he’s at school. Knowing that he takes his daily vitamin gives me peace of mind and helps me worry less. We’ve been very pleased with the results.

Great Products, Great Staff
I’ve been dealing with Chanel since I started. She is over the top helpful and understanding. I had some issues and she helped me through them. The vitamins are really good and the magnesium really help me sleep especially since I have insomnia. I highly recommend these products

Focus and temperament improved
My teenagers have been taking these for about 6 months, at least. My 13 year old has some definite attention and temperament issues. However, I have noticed less out bursts from him, since taking the focus vitamin! His grades also improved. I’m happy to continue using these.

Best Toddler Gummies!
