I love their magnesium gummies for both adults and kids. My son is really hyper and it’s one of the only things that gets him to mellow out before bed time. I feel great taking them. Clean products.

I am obsessed with these! My nephew uses the Toddlers' line and my sister turned my on to the Womens' brain support and the Pre/Probiotic one. I use the Magnesium instead of my usual melatonin now too and feel so much better in the mornings. Huge fan of these. Also I'm way better at actually eating them since they taste delicious so I never forget to take them haha

I have never been a great sleeper, so I am always open to trying new supplements that may help. I tried the First Day Magnesium and after a few nights, could really tell a difference for the better! The formula helps me relax and actually feel like I can wind down. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to try something that isn't melatonin based for restful sleep!

I Love these gummies! They taste great,and an easy way to get my vitamins . Someone mentioned these to me. So , I tried them, and was pleasantly surprised . Now I get them regularly and take my daily dose of vitamins without a problem. I recommend you to try them as well.

The vitamins taste great and are easy to incorporate into my daily routine. While I can't personally speak to long-term results yet, I've enjoyed taking them and appreciate that they're a more pleasant alternative to many vitamins I've tried.
