Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and stress this caused, especially with international charges and customs fees. We do want to clarify that the total amount is labeled as USD on our checkout page, so customers can review this before proceeding with payment, but we understand how easy it is for that to be missed, particularly when ordering from Canada.
