Do not buy if you are Canadian!! First you pay the exchange then the international shipping, then you get a surprise custom bill for import that is more than the gummies themselves. Paying all together almost $100/container. The company makes it very difficult to cancel, can’t cancel online as advertised, they auto renew without permission and refuse to cancel an order if it’s in the “shipping stream” but hasn’t shipped yet. Not worth the hassle

Horrible experience. They will not cancel your subscription after you cancel them. You’ll have to cancel your credit card to get rid of them. They’ll send you a gift card instead of cancellation. When you use it, It will still charge your card. Don’t trust them. They have several bad reviews. Stay away!!! If they give you a gift card instead of a refund, Don’t do it. They will restart your subscription. It’s a scam!!!

I do not trust this company, no matter how much I wanted to try and support their organically sourced product for my toddler. I was double charged (meaning 2 separate charges and subscriptions) at the time of purchase, and I immediately reached out when my card notified me. They immediately reached back, saying the order had already processed (in the matter of less than 5 minutes), and all they could do was cancel one subscription and pause the other INSTEAD of immediately making it right and refunding me the second charge on account of their website error. They proceeded to present “fixes” that only benefited/profited them, but tried to make it seem like they were “doing all they could” for me. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I was then told food couldn’t be returned and/or refunded, which is directly against their 45-day company return policy. This company only cares about taking from customers, and it was an extremely infuriating interaction in its entirety. They were responsive but disconnected from the issue. They cared more about pocketing an additional $25 than correcting a mistake for a customer. I lost all trust and confidence in this company.

I have seen no difference in my kids. One son has had a significant increase in headaches. Wanted to return the unopened unused product and was told that was not an option. Somehow I failed to cancel the subscription (I thought it would be implied when I emailed them, my mistake in assuming) so now I have 2 brand new unopened shipments and product I won’t use.

My grandson hates the taste and won't take the multis but especially the focus. The focus smell very vitaminy. First Day does not notify you an order will be shipping, only that it has shipped. You can't cancel or change an order...nor can you return an order. They will issue you a store credit. They charged my card $117 but gave me a credit of $147. Great! I now have a credit for products I don't want. Moral of the story: ignore FB ads or suffer the consequences. UPDATE: They say they want to resolve the issue, but they won't. Response to my latest email is more of the same bs. BEWARE!

The vitamins are fine but my kids don’t like the way they taste. I cancelled my subscription only for them to mail out the cancelled order anyways and now I can’t get a response to return the unopened items in the original packaging! Only email contact for everything no live person and no response to your email inquiries….What a joke!

There vitamins don't do what they claim and they taste terrible. They make trying to cancel your subscription super confusing and difficult and they don't allow you to cancel an order or get refunds. They use predatory behavior to get and keep your money! Beware!!!

They are vitamins, my teenager wasn't thrilled about them. What upset me was how difficult it was to cancel the subscription. It is not possible to cancel or pause online. Customer service responses read like they're AI prompted to respond like a gentle parent would speak to a frustrated kindergartener.
