Well built beach cruiser body and components but fenders and supports that are sold as options seem flimsy and weak. The support rods/struts bend easily and are hard to keep aligned. A slightly thicker gauge steel might be of benefit

love the bike. Struggled a little with the rear rack.

Hello, I love your product; even came back to buy my wife a bike. My only complaint is the lack response to the emails that you send out asking if I have any questions for your mechanic. I did (all three times) but never got a response. If you want to provide an answer, I'll happily ask again. Kevin Larsen

Love the bike, well constructed. Pretty colors. Seat could be more comfortable.

I love it but it needs fenders.

Good bike for a relatively heavy and large bike. Well made, easy to assemble and quick delivery at a good price,

My wife and I both got the Chief beach cruisers and had an awesome first day of riding them yesterday. The bikes are great, comfortable and fun to ride. I would recommend these for anyone looking for a basic beach cruiser that is built well and looks good.

Good value for a beach cruiser, bike arrived in good condition & was easy to put together. Would have given it 5 stars but the front wheel was sent way out of true and had a bad wobble. Wheel needed to be trued by a local bike shop at an additional cost.
